Your Rights and Obligations Explained

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

References to "these Terms" include all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Access to and use of the e7bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

To be eligible to register and use e7bet, you must confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• Are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on e7bet or any related platform.
• Have not previously had an e7bet account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Are acting solely on your own behalf and using your own funds for all deposits.
• Understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome.

e7bet reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the e7bet platform does not violate any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. e7bet makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their location before registering an account.

To access the full range of e7bet services, including deposits, game play, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform.

One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active account on e7bet. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per MFS payment method. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related balances.

e7bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation and law enforcement cooperation.

Account closure requests by the Player (other than self-exclusion) may be submitted via live chat or email to [email protected]. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet fully wagered) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification.

All financial transactions on e7bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). e7bet does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not operate multi-currency accounts. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit rules: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, return of the deposit amount, and potentially permanent account closure. e7bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your MFS provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal rules: Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals require full KYC completion before processing begins. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within minutes for MFS methods during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Minimum and maximum limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status and player tier. e7bet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

e7bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other occasions of significance to our Bangladesh player base. All bonuses are governed by the general terms set out in this section as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms, which are displayed in your account dashboard when the bonus is active.

• Wagering on slots typically contributes 100% toward fulfilling a wagering requirement.
• Wagering on live casino table games typically contributes 10%–25% — check individual offer terms.
• Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% at qualifying minimum odds — stated per offer.
• Bonus funds may not be used to wager on jackpot games unless explicitly permitted in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer states otherwise.

Bonus abuse and exploitation: e7bet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, exploitation of game mechanics to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, e7bet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently bar the Player from future promotional eligibility.

Seasonal and event promotions: Promotions tied to specific events (e.g., BPL match bonuses, Eid reload offers) are available for a limited time only. They are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

By using the e7bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered Players and are a condition of continued access to the platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any point where e7bet requests verification documentation.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose, data collection, or competitive intelligence gathering.
• Notify e7bet promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and financial transactions.
• Use only funds that are legally yours and that have not been obtained through unlawful means.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e7bet:

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform's systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the e7bet platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e7bet support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith where a valid withdrawal process was available and not utilised.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities. e7bet's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

All content on the e7bet platform — including but not limited to the e7bet brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of e7bet or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e7bet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the e7bet platform without prior written consent.
• Use the e7bet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on e7bet's proprietary content or platform design.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Game content displayed on the e7bet platform — including game graphics, audio, animations, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) and is licensed to e7bet for display on the platform. Any rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by e7bet and its content partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e7bet and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through game play or sports betting on the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruption of services.
• Errors in displayed odds, game malfunctions, or network connectivity issues beyond e7bet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party MFS providers, banks, or payment networks.

e7bet makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We undertake reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising between a Player and e7bet regarding account activity, game outcomes, or payments should first be submitted to e7bet's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. e7bet will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to e7bet's operating jurisdiction. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as applicable.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. e7bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered Players will be notified via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
